Introduction
My name is [Name], and I am a student of the Doctorate in Nursing Practice program at [School]. As part of my studies, I have developed an advocacy plan to address the issue of access to healthcare for marginalized populations. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed through policy changes by government bodies. In this letter, I will explain why I believe this problem must be addressed, how it can be done, and how Essential V of the AACN’s (2006) DNP Essentials ties into my proposed solution.

Proposed Advocacy Plan
The inequitable access to healthcare for marginalized populations has been recognized as a major public health crisis within our society today. To ensure everyone has equitable and quality health care services regardless of their social status or identity, governments need to implement policy changes that provide more resources towards meeting marginalized population’s healthcare needs. This would include expanding coverage options for those who are not covered by insurance; providing subsidies for those who cannot afford necessary medications or treatments; giving financial support to community-based organizations offering free primary care; or creating grant programs that fund projects designed specifically around improving access to adequate healthcare resources in underserved communities (Kaufman et al., 2008). By doing so, we can help eliminate barriers which prevent people from seeking out timely medical attention when needed.

Essential V and Its Outcomes
Essential V from the AACN’s 2006 DNP essentials focuses on Healthcare Policy and Advocacy for Population Health (AACN, 2006). My proposed advocacy plan meets many of essential v’s outcomes including: using evidence-based practice initiatives in order to improve population health outcomes; advocating with stakeholders publicly or privately about political issues relevant to population health; promoting cultural sensitivity when working with diverse groups impacted by public health issues; understanding the impact governmental policies have on healthcare delivery systems; and developing strategies in order promote positive social change (AACN, 2006).

Conclusion
I hope this letter demonstrates my commitment towards becoming a political change agent who works hard toward ensuring all individuals have equitable accesses to important medical services regardless of their backgrounds or identities. Thank you very much for your time in considering these points raised here today.

It is fascinating regards to the osmosis of pieces into lumps. Mill operator recognizes pieces and lumps of data, the differentiation being that a piece is comprised of various pieces of data. It is fascinating to take note of that while there is a limited ability to recall lumps of data, how much pieces in every one of those lumps can change broadly (Miller, 1956). Anyway it’s anything but a straightforward instance of having the memorable option huge pieces right away, somewhat that as each piece turns out to be more natural, it very well may be acclimatized into a lump, which is then recollected itself. Recoding is the interaction by which individual pieces are ‘recoded’ and allocated to lumps. Consequently the ends that can be drawn from Miller’s unique work is that, while there is an acknowledged breaking point to the quantity of pi
