After completing a personality test, it was revealed that I had an INFJ (Introvert Intuitive Feeling Judging) personality type. This means that I am introverted and enjoy being alone as well as having deep conversations, appreciating the present moment and analyzing information on an intuitive level. My feeling-based judgment is extremely helpful in understanding people’s emotions but can be a disadvantage when making decisions rapidly or for high pressure situations.

My strengths include my ability to stay focused on the bigger picture and my strong sense of empathy which helps me understand people better. In addition, I have creative problem-solving abilities which come from my intuition and has allowed me to think outside the box in difficult situations. Lastly, because of my tendency to focus on the long term rather than quick fixes, I am able to see past short-term setbacks or struggles for a greater goal down the line.

As far as weaknesses go, one would include difficulty with decision making due to occasional over-analyzing of potential consequences; meaning that sometimes it can take longer than necessary before reaching conclusions regarding certain matters if there are too many doubts involved plus potentially leaving myself vulnerable in more urgent scenarios where quick action is required.

What I have learned from studying my own personality type has helped immensely when it comes towards motivation since understanding key traits associated allows for better self awareness allowing me tailor tasks around them according preferences/habits already established (Hoover & Rainey , 2010). For example knowing that INFJs tend do best when given time work independently without interruption or distraction then this might mean taking breaks between assignments during work hours so recharge mentally afterwards before moving onto next task.

In terms building up any existing weaknesses meanwhile specific steps such like increasing exposure towards high stakes decision making activities should help increase confidence alongside developing strategies which allow faster judgement times while also reducing stress levels related these particular scenarios (Tiwari et al., 2020). Other techniques such mentoring others within same field through sharing experiences could also play role here whereby providing guidance regarding how cope under pressure increases knowledge base thus contributing further towards becoming more proficient at handling different types of jobs associated with said profession.

Overall then, by recognizing what aspects make up my own personality type enables greater insight into strengths/weaknesses found within each individual thus helping effectively manage career paths whilst ensuring highest levels productivity possible throughout whole process.
