Equal, we strive for it every day
Desperately searching the right way
Never giving up until we get there
There’s a strength in equality that we must share

We’ve been kept apart for far too long
But together we can still be strong
We stand united and fight as one
In order to find justice under the sun
The road to equality is bumpy and rough
And sometimes it’s hard enough just being tough.
Tears are shed but hope remains alive For that future of fairness and rights to survive
No matter which side you might be on,
You can lead a voice or pick up a sign
Our paths may differ but our mission’s aligned:
To get us all equal in due time.
