Design a control and display system for a multi-step process with several sensors, both as a physical control/display system (switches, buttons, track balls, pedals, gages, display units, etc.) and as a computer/software interface (menu driven).

Process control that allows stock feed from any of 3 tanks to be pumped to a mixing tank to allow for dilution of stock and processing to one of three machines. Control for the pump and valves operation is required to provide flexibility in the operation of this process pilot plant. The final station to be accessed is a de-watering station that contains its own separate tank for effluent, vertical gravitation unit and screw press for final product extraction.

But these people can manage conflict effectively as they are always ready to confront a conflict instead of avoiding the conflict.
Emotional Stability: Individuals with high emotional stability can handle stress. These people can manage conflict effectively.
Conscientiousness: Conscientious people are hardworking and systematic. These people get easily upset about task-related conflicts.
Openness: open-minded people are willing to express and share their opinions with others which can cause task-related conflicts as the others might not be willing to accept his ideas. But open-minded people are ready to discuss the differences which can reduce relationship conflicts.

Ways to avoid Conflict

Gather all the individuals: It is very important to bring all the team members together and discuss regarding the issues creating conflicts. Sometimes simply arising the issues will help individuals understand and resolve them.
