Write a reflection essay (minimum of 750 words required) on what you have learned in this course (Professional Ethics). Take some time to really think about what you have learned in this course. There are no right or wrong answers here, so use this as a “freelance” opportunity, but please, keep it professional. What I don’t want is “I learned a lot from this course”.
Your essay must address the questions below, but feel free to add other thoughts or material you feel is relevant. I encourage you to use references but am not requiring them for this assignment. However, I will give you extra credit if you tie excerpts from our textbook or references to your thoughts and then cite them in the correct APA format.

Like finance and marketing, ethics has become an essential business function. But why? By definition, business ethics refers to the standards for morally right and wrong conduct in business. Law partially defines the conduct, but “legal” and “ethical” aren’t necessarily the same. Business ethics enhances the law by outlining acceptable behaviors beyond government control. According to the 2018 Global Business Ethics survey, employees are more likely to apply ethical reasoning when their company clearly demonstrates why business ethics is important. Ninety-nine percent of U.S. employees who experience a strong ethics culture said they’re prepared to handle ethical issues.
