Project plans outline the intended course of events; however, things don’t always happen as intended. Organizations need to consider risks and develop a contingency plan. This plan is typically presented to management.

Based on your prior research, determine potential risk factors for not meeting each of the project objectives. Develop a contingency plan for each of the potential risks. Add the potential risks and Project Plan assignment.

This practice considers the needs and interests of the employees and lets them feel as if they carry ownership and responsibility within the organization. A goal of transformational leadership is to stimulate and inspire followers to both achieve extraordinary outcomes and, in the process, develop their own leadership capacity (Jacobson, Anderson, 831). This has led to clinicians becoming increasingly engaged in operations including improvements to service lines.
