- Perform audits and assessments to ensure the quality management system is effective.

- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and accurate records of quality activities.
- Communicate quality information to stakeholders. (Responsible: Project Manager, Informed: All Stakeholders)
- Project Manager (Accountable): Leads the overall project execution and is ultimately responsible for project quality.
- Quality Control Team (Responsible): Implements quality control procedures, performs inspections, and reports on quality findings.
- Quality Assurance Team (Responsible): Conducts audits and reviews to ensure the quality management system is functioning effectively.
- Subject Matter Experts (Consulted): Provide technical expertise and advise on quality standards and requirements specific to the project domain.
- Stakeholders (Informed): Anyone with an interest in the project's outcome, including clients, sponsors, end-users, and other impacted parties. They are kept informed about quality activities and progress.
- Adapt these roles and responsibilities based on the size and complexity of your project.
