Single strand of DNA

What is DNA base pair? A base pair is two chemical bases bonded to one another forming a “rung of the DNA.” The DNA molecule consists of two strands that wind around each other like a twisted ladder. DNA base sequence – DNA sequencing is a laboratory technique used to determine the exact sequence of bases (A, C, G, and T) in a DNA molecule. The DNA base sequence carries the information a cell needs to assemble protein and RNA molecules. DNA sequence information is important to scientists investigating the functions of genes. Single strand of DNA – a DNA molecule consisting of only single strand contrary to the typical two strands of nucleotides in helical form. In nature, single stranded DNA genome can be found in Parvoviridae (class II viruses).

Accepting difference is the first step to the path of fulfilling his life. Difference is not something you are not ashamed of, but something you should be proud of as well as being yourself. In fact, everyone can be different in their own way; no matter what different it is, ranging from belief to appearance. The world is not going to disown you, unless you disown the world. Living in a life is the adventure of finding yourself and there is nobody would understand you more than yourself, thereby you should be yourself. In this way, you would be no regret to anything or blame anyone that you’ve done. In our modern societies today, following the majority is inevitable that people usually go after the norm. Unavoidably, some people sometimes are not likely to get along with someone who are different from them. However, considering the condition of Nick Vuijcic, we can see how difference he is compared to us. Without arms and legs, he is not only afraid of it, but also embrace it by showing the world what he can do. Sharing us memorable stories, teaching us valuable lessons and proving us the impossible things, Nick Vuijcic conveys every individual how to be oneself by accepting the difference of one own. As a result, accepting difference is the priority to have in every person’s life because if one can not accept their own quality, how the world would accept him or her.

Challenges is always in a part of ones’ lives; people can avoid it for sometimes, but they cannot avoid it forever. In order to get rid of it, we have to confront it someday. Based on Nick Vuijcic’s life, even though there are many challenges lining up for him, he is never afraid to confront all of it. Getting bad judgments and bullying, he has almost suicided at the age of 9 that he tried to drown himself (Vujicic, 2012). Nothing could made him suffer any less; he has experienced every worst things in his life. However, due to the determination, he has the will of confronting these challanges. As being like a spring, he always stand up no mater how hard difficulties press him down. The challenges doesn’t make him weak, but stronger. Without arms and legs, he can do every thing that he wants such as swimming, playing golf, surfing and even sky-diving. There is maybe a question raised about if someone can do in that situation. In my perspective, it’s not likely for someone are able to do it under that circumstance, but it’s possible. Nick states that “for every disability you have you are blessed with more than abilities to overcome your challenges.” (Vujicic, 2010) this theory is not only work on him, but also on many famous people that I know. For instances, Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest physicist, is now paralyzed. Franklin D.Roosevelt, suffered polio disease, was excellent president of the United States with the four-term serving. The idea here is tell
