From instructor: For this project, you will be creating a situation audit of your own organization. You will prepare to conduct your audit over the next 12 steps
of this project, during which you will review various aspects of your organization, including its mission, goals, and values. You will be given the opportunity to
submit different parts of your audit for instructor feedback prior to submitting your final situation audit.

My organization is a digital marketing and technology agency that specializes in web design, branding, content creation, SEO/SEM optimization, and social media management. Our mission is to provide quality services that enhance our clients’ ability to maximize their business goals and objectives. We value customer service excellence, innovation, collaboration, efficiency and sustainability.

To assess the existing situation of my organization I will be conducting a 12-step audit using various tools including interviews with key personnel, surveys of employees and customers, analysis of financial documents such as income statements or balance sheets as well as an evaluation of current strategies used by the company.

The first step in this process will be mapping out the internal structure of my organization and identifying any potential strengths or weaknesses within it. This includes assessing areas like staff morale or job satisfaction levels among employees. The second step involves gathering information from external sources such as customers or competitors in order to get an understanding of what they think about our products/services compared to other companies in the market.

The third step includes analyzing past performance data on key metrics such us top-line revenue growth rate over time versus industry benchmarks. From there we can determine which areas need improvement or are already performing well. The fourth step requires evaluating current marketing campaigns being used by my organization both online (websites) and offline (traditional advertising). Additionally examining customer feedback from these campaigns can help determine what’s working best for us relative to others in the same space so we can focus our efforts accordingly moving forward.

Finally, additional steps include reviewing internal processes for opportunities for streamlining operations resulting in cost savings; surveying employees on job satisfaction; benchmarking results against industry standards; analyzing financial trends over time; performing gap assessments across departments/teams; evaluating training materials; comparing IT infrastructure against other organizations and lastly developing new strategies based on lessons learned from all previous steps taken during this audit project process . By following through with these twelve steps my goal is to thoroughly assess the current state of affairs at my organization while also gaining insights into potential improvements that could be made along the way in order to boost overall efficiency throughout every aspect of its operations going forward.
