STEPS:
1. Focus on one problem and one possible solution.
2. In your project, your stakeholders are likely hypothetical, but your
design should be based on real people, communities, or
organizations, and not imaginary parties, if possible.
3. Your presentation should consist of but is not limited to: (a) a cover
page, (b) a backgrounder, (c) a description of the problem in
relation to at least one CST, (d) a succinct and relevant summary of
your SJA research and analysis, (e) an outline of a proposed
solution in relation to the stated CST, (f) a succinct explanation of
the multifaceted complexity that you face and the relevancy of
Collective Impact for realizing the solution, (g) an outline of the
essential components and timeline for your design of Collective Impact, (h) a discussion of the foreseeable strengths, needs, challenges, and limitations to your design, (i) a succinct concluding statement for potential further development of your solution/research in the future, (j) a reference page, (k) an
acknowledgment and thank-you page.
