Develop a visual board advertisement to show your ideas for rebranding and reviving the organization. This should be creative and visually appealing.

For our rebranding and revival of this failed company, our team has created an advertisement to demonstrate the steps we plan on taking. The ad features a bright neon sign with the phrase “A New Beginning” looming in the background. This captures viewers’ attention while also conveying that this organization is ready for a fresh start. Below this are four boxes which each contain images that represent key aspects of our strategy: innovation, customer service, collaboration, and sustainability (see Figure 1).
The box containing the image of a lightbulb is meant to showcase how innovation will be at the heart of what we do going forward. Our goal is to create new products and services that meet customers’ needs while remaining competitive in today’s market. This will be accomplished through continual research and development efforts as well as listening closely to feedback from both current and potential customers .
Customer service is illustrated by an image of two people shaking hands . We understand that providing excellent customer service will be essential for success so we have dedicated resources towards improving communication between our clients and staff members. Additionally, we have implemented systems which make it easier for customers to access information about their orders, submit inquiries, receive updates about deliveries and more.
The third box contains an image of two people working together in order to emphasize collaboration within our organization. We believe working together across departments helps us better identify solutions that can benefit all areas of business operations. Finally, sustainability is featured with a green plant sprouting from soil symbolizing growth while also emphasizing environmental responsibility.
Overall, these visuals help us clearly communicate our objectives while showing existing and potential customers that we are committed to creating meaningful solutions (Jiang et al., 2019).
