Tetralogy of Fallot

Tetralogy of Fallot is the disease for this case study
You will receive a short case study with a description of the symptoms and test results of a patient. Your job is to diagnose the condition and write a paper that explores physiology and pathophysiology in some depth. Use this as a guide while you prepare your paper to make sure you have thoroughly addressed all requirements. First, the requirements are explained. Second, a grading rubric is provided to explain points associated with each aspect of the paper. Third, instructions for the bibliography and citations are given in the Research Paper Guidelines and Rubric.pdf below. Finally, a checklist is provided to help you review your presentation before you submit it.
Directions:
1. In the middle of the semester, you will receive a brief description of a patient case.
2. Find a minimum of six references related to the diagnosis of the patient case:
* Find and use at least three journal articles (Do not use any articles more than five to six years old)
* Use no more than two books
* Use at least one reliable website (for example a Government site like the CDC or WHO)
REMEMBER to select RELIABLE sources (if you are uncertain, email me)
** NO patient-focused hospital websites
** NO Wikipedia
** NO magazine or newspaper articles
** NO websites or blogs written by a non-professional
3. After completing your research with at least six sources, organize and write a five to seven-page paper about the patient’s diagnosis in the format below. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TITLE PAGE AND THE BIBLIOGRAPHY
4. The paper should be written in the approved APA format (7th edition). See the checklist at the following link: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/apa_changes_7th_edition.htmlLinks to an external site.
5. The following sections MUST be included in your paper:
• Cover page: Your name, title of the paper, course title/number, faculty name, date submitted
• Introduction: Introduce the theme of your paper, including your diagnosis. The introduction should give the reader a clear idea of the paper’s focus and what might be expected in the ensuing pages. the introduction can consist of four or five well-worded sentences.
The Body of the Paper: Section Headings need to be in the SAME order that they appear below and MUST be included:
• Clinical Manifestations: The relationship between symptoms and diagnosis. This section should focus on the patient. Describe your patient. The diagnosis should be clearly restated in the first paragraph of this section. Symptoms and test results should be clearly presented and thoroughly explained. A connection should be made between symptoms and tests and the patient’s condition or pathology. What changes to normal physiology does the patient manifest? What are the first signs and symptoms of the disease? What stage of disease development do you believe your patient is in? What are the diagnostic tests used to determine the diagnosis? What are the differential diagnoses?
• Normal Physiology: The purpose of this section is to explain normal physiological mechanisms and processes associated with the system involved in your case study. Each paragraph in this section should focus on a physiological principle or process directly related to your case. Paragraphs should include specific details (from credible sources) that support a central idea. Explanations of mechanisms at molecular, cellular, and organ levels should be integrated to illustrate the normal function of the system that is the focus of the case study.
• Pathophysiology: Describe the pathogenesis of the disease. This will focus on explanations of the disruption of normal molecular, cellular, and organ processes that lead to the disease’s symptoms. Explain what happens at the cellular level to explain the pathogenesis. Include etiology and pathogenesis. Use the patient’s clinical findings to help describe what is happening in the affected organ(s). This section should NOT focus on treatment, although if medications or treatments are discussed within the context of physiological processes, they may be included.
• Medical Management: How is this disease treated? Are there clinical practice guidelines or evidence-based medical guidelines that suggest managing this disease? What are the different approaches to managing the disease; surgery, medicines, exercises, diets, and patient education? What are the mechanisms of action of the medications? Does the treatment address the symptoms rather than the disease? How is the disease classified and/or staged? What is the prognosis? How can the disease be prevented? Are there any serious complications? What is the prognosis?
• Current Research: What research is currently being done on the disease? Are there any clinical trials being done? I suggest using the FSW Library’s Databases, such as Medline, Academic Search Complete, or CINALH to find the names of current articles on the disease.
• Conclusion: Summarize each main point of your paper.

understudies. Given the expected worth of such figures propelling scholastic achievement and hence impacting results like maintenance, wearing down, and graduation rates, research is justified as it might give understanding into non-mental techniques that could be of possible benefit to this populace (Lamm, 2000) . Part I: INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY Introduction The country is encountering a basic lack of medical care suppliers, a deficiency that is supposed to increment in the following five years, similarly as the biggest populace in our country’s set of experiences arrives at the age when expanded clinical consideration is essential (Pike, 2002). Staffing of emergency clinics, centers, and nursing homes is more basic than any time in recent memory as the enormous quantities of ‘people born after WW2’s start to understand the requirement for more continuous clinical mediation and long haul care. Interest in turning into a medical caretaker has disappeared as of late, presumably because of the historical bac
