Sample Solution

Team assessment and reflection on the findings

Strengths

  • The team has a good overall balance of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management skills.
  • There are a number of team members who have high levels of social awareness and relationship management skills. These individuals can be valuable assets to the team, as they can help to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Weaknesses

  • A number of team members have low levels of self-awareness. This can make it difficult for them to identify and manage their own emotions, as well as to understand the impact of their behavior on others.
  • Some team members also have low levels of self-management. This can make it difficult for them to set and achieve goals, to manage their time effectively, and to deal with stress and setbacks.

Opportunities for growth and development
