The incidence of fraud
In Texas, under state law, you can vote by mail if you are a registered voter who is: 65 years or older, sick or disabled, out of the county during early and Election Day, and in jail but otherwise eligible to vote. Some people have speculated that fraudsters can rob mailboxes to collect ballots in order to commit election fraud. But ballots are tied to specific individuals, with unique bar codes that record the path of the ballot, a protection that would also, incidentally, make it difficult for a foreign country to print counterfeit ballots. Voting by mail is typically used to refer to voting in the state where all elections are conducted entirely by mail. Absentee voting, by contrast, tends to be used to refer to voting by mail in states or counties where the practice is not already universal.

I aim to optimize the musical talents of my students and help create the next generation of independent and creative musicians.
