The Quadruple Aim expands upon the Triple Aim by adding a fourth element:

  2. Democratic Leadership: This style emphasizes shared decision-making and encourages participation from team members. This can foster a positive and collaborative work environment, but it may also lead to slower decision-making processes.  

  3. Laissez-Faire Leadership: This style involves minimal supervision and allows team members to make their own decisions. This can empower team members and encourage autonomy, but it can also lead to a lack of direction and accountability.

I believe my leadership style is a blend of democratic and laissez-faire. I value the input of my team members and encourage them to share their ideas and perspectives. However, I also recognize the importance of providing clear direction and guidance when needed.
