Unproductive business meeting
Meetings are an effective way to get people together to discuss issues, solve problems and come up with new ideas. They can also be great for team building and improving professional relationships. They often get a bad rap, though. Factors that make meetings unproductive may include: lack of organization, lack of preparation, and multi-tasking. Prior to the meeting, people can gather their thoughts in advance, this will create a better flow during the meeting and streamline conversations. Having a clear agenda, and sticking to it, leaves more time for discussion, which will engage the people in the room much more than reciting a monologue. Meeting productivity is central to any organization’s overall success. Inefficient meetings run the risk not only of costing your company valuable time and money, but also decreasing overall morale in the workplace. Productive meetings work to reduce these risks, maximizing the benefits, and encouraging organization-wide collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Personal life barriers, financial responsibilities and different learning styles are known as the wide variety of characteristics in adult learners, compared to a traditional student.
However, these barriers can be overcome by the aid of the educational institution and the course tutors, as it’s their responsibility to do so by any means. Thus, resulting in the learner feeling comfortable and welcomed when they return to the classroom.
The disadvantage of this journal article is the date it was published. Consequently, 2005 is outdated in terms with the adaptation movements of modern technologies, bearing witness to limited evidence of change.
