Design and conduct a usability test to evaluate how easy it is to use the technical manual you wrote for this
class. In designing the test, set several objectives identifying the kind of information you want to gain from
your participants. What are you trying to determine about the manual?
Next, sketch out a brief description of the tasks that you want your participants to perform during the test.
Prepare a handout (250 – 500 words) to give to test subjects, a handout that outlines the tasks that you’d
like them to complete during the test.
Observe three or four people attempting to use the part of your manual that you have selected for this
test. Make notes about any problems they have or strategies they use to complete the assignment
(including when they don’t use your manual).
After at least three people use your document, write a report addressed to your instructor describing the
objectives of the test, the test itself, and the results of the test. Also include a section detailing how you
expect to revise your manual based on the results.

Mr. Gupta came up with the marketing strategy and show the numbers and the buyers behavior till now and concluded that lack of awareness is stopping the company to penetrate in the market and investing in the marketing and sales team will be a huge advantage to get the long term projects and earn profits.
