Increasingly, HR professionals must balance the sometimes-conflicting needs of two large groups: baby boomers and millenials. Each group of workers has very different views on how retirement packages, health care, flexible work schedules and other benefits affect their job satisfaction. Baby boomers are most motivated by feeling a sense of purposes in their jobs; salary is their number-two motivator. Generation X and millennial are a bit more money oriented: both groups rank salary as their number-one motivator. A sense of purpose is the second-biggest motivator for Generation X; for Millenials, feeling passionate about what they do is their number-two motivator. Overall, flexibility is key to keeping all generations happy at work.

If a Disclosure or reference gives sufficient cause applicants will not be allowed to work with children or young persons, there is safeguarding rules and regulations for to safeguard children’s health and development, taking action to enable all children to achieve the best outcomes, the child protection policy includes the welfare of children is paramount, all children must be treated fairly and without any favouritism, all children have right to be protected.(Anon., n.d.).

There are many child protection agencies such as NSPCC (Anon., n.d.) Child Exploitation Online & Protection Centre (CEOP) (Anon., n.d.). the equality act 2010 protects children, young people against harassment, victimisation and discrimination in relation to education, clubs and services for example disability, marriage and civil partnership and pregnancy and maternity (Anon., n.d.), the Human rights Act 1998 brings European convention of human rights into the English law (Anon., n.d.)
Economic factors in the organisation are inflation, wages, taxes, this affects the organisation because of the rise of inflation with services going up and the wages as well. The economy of the UK directly affects Government funding to the project.
