I. Basic Agreement with the Book (3 options)
1. Basic Agreement without qualifications. Basic Agreement with qualifications.
2. Agreement as far as the book goes the analysis is correct but incomplete. The author has not solved all the problems he started with.
3. Agreement, with minor disagreements.
Forged is packed with stats, truth, testimony and practical steps about the emerging generation. Austin Wofford challenges the church to be the church to this generation…or potentially lose them. The “old way” of doing things likely won’t work. Emerging adults feel the ache of loneliness and long to belong. They are also exiting the American church at such a dramatic clip that the fundamental spiritual fabric of our country will be eroded over the next thirty years. Christian leaders who create family-like communities of belonging will reverse these trends, reach and form young adults, and will help pioneer the next great awakening.
